Abstract:
This report titled “An analysis of compensation management policies and practices of Seven Circle Bangladesh Ltd.”, provides a comprehensive analysis of the compensation strategies and practices at Seven Rings Cement. The primary aim of this study was to understand how the company's compensation management impacts employee satisfaction and organizational performance. The report begins with an overview of Seven Rings Cement, detailing its organizational structure, mission, and services. This is followed by an in-depth discussion of compensation management theories and practices, both globally and within the context of Seven Rings Cement. A significant part of the report is dedicated to analyzing data collected through primary and secondary research methods. This includes employee surveys and interviews, which provide insights into their perceptions and satisfaction levels regarding the compensation they receive. Key findings indicate that while Seven Rings Cement has a robust compensation structure, there are areas for improvement, particularly in terms of transparency and equity in compensation distribution. Employees expressed a need for clearer communication regarding compensation policies and a more comprehensive understanding of how their performance impacts their remuneration. The report concludes with tailored recommendations for Seven Rings Cement to enhance its compensation management.
