This report titled “An analysis of compensation management policies and practices of Seven Circle Bangladesh Ltd.”, provides a comprehensive analysis of the compensation strategies and practices at Seven Rings Cement. The primary aim of this study was to understand how the company's compensation management impacts employee satisfaction and organizational performance. The report begins with an overview of Seven Rings Cement, detailing its organizational structure, mission, and services. This is followed by an in-depth discussion of compensation management theories and practices, both globally and within the context of Seven Rings Cement. A significant part of the report is dedicated to analyzing data collected through primary and secondary research methods.
