This report provides an overview of my internship at Hotel Hansa Premium Residence, focusing on the Sales and Marketing strategies. It begins with a summary of the company’s profile, target market, competitive edge, and reputation in the hospitality sector. The report outlines the structure and functions of the Sales and Marketing department, emphasizing its role in increasing revenue and engaging customers. The internship was focused on increasing brand familiarity, customer acquisition and participation in new campaigns. Tasks were related to market studies, supervision of the media image and web presence, authorization of advertisement material for external and internal use in cooperation with other departments, and the support of sales initiatives regarding corporate relations and customer loyalty. |
