The analysis highlights ten major challenges within the performance appraisal process, including bias and subjectivity in evaluations, the absence of clear and standardized performance metrics, resistance to feedback, and time constraints faced by appraisers. In addition, issues such as inadequate training for managers, difficulties in adapting to new technologies, employee perceptions of inequity, and the bank's limited international presence are also addressed..
