Abstract:
The modern business structure in all global corporate organizations has developed radically over the years. This development has created various fields and branches within the business organization such as human resource, marketing, production and multiple other sectors. The department of HRM is always essential for all type of business organizations the training and development is the core division of human resource management and its key functioning is based on the training and development of the human resource which are the core of the business organization. This study focuses on this core segment of the human resource management division of a business organization.
