dc.description.abstract Based on industry limited by Singer Bangladesh.As someone who is new to the electronic industry, this study on the HRM practices of SINGER BANGLADESH has improved my understanding of the field. They were all useful for my occupation, though. Corporate business performance is highly competitive worldwide, and competitiveness is based on performance. Banking is a fantastic industry enterprise. The apparel business is a service- oriented sector that uses human resources to provide services to a variety of clients in a variety of ways. Thus, human resources with education and skill can impact the industry.As a result, they need develop their human resources, including employee training, in order to effectively modernize banking operations. The hiring, development, training, and selection of employees are crucial processes.The economy of the nation may be greatly impacted by this activity.Consequently, SINGER BANGLADESH employees should have access to facilities for training and development in order to improve their expertise and productivity. With the right training and development facilities and an adequate HR department, SINGER BANGLADESH may become the best in Bangladesh and become more organized. en_US
