Abstract

IDLC Securities Limited is a leading stock brokerage in Bangladesh operating since 2006, a sister concern of IDLC Finance Limited established in 1985. This report is required for the Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) program and the title is “Analysis of Human Resource Activities through Spreadsheet Modeling: A Study on IDLC Securities Limited.” must be submitted to Daffodil International University. The main goal of this report is to optimize employee data management and recommend improvements to enhance HR operations through integrated spreadsheet analysis. It’s divided into seven parts. The first part covers the basics like from where it came from and scope of the report. The second part covers what are the limitations. The third part covers products and services of IDLCSL. The fourth part covers my overall internship experience. The fifth part covers the objectives, tools and techniques, data sources and sampling method. The sixth part covers data analysis, challenges and solutions. The seventh part looks at findings, recommendations and conclusion. It was a pleasure working as an intern at IDLC Securities Limited.
