| dc.description.abstract | During this report, I am summarizing my three months long experience with identification of Human Resource (HR) practices Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC (SJIBPLC), Uttara Branch, Dhaka. The HR practices and managerial effectiveness of SJIBPLC have been studied for operating under Islamic Shariah principles since 2001. I: Introduction.II: General Profile of the bank III : An Resilient Distributed Dataset (RDD) on HRM IV : Staff Performance/Job Descriptions V. Establishment and Efficiency VI. It continues on with a SWOT analysis concerning the HR department at SJIBPLC, uncovering internal strengths and weaknesses as well external opportunities and threats. The report then closes with the actual findings and recommendations that may be made to generate much better human resource practices within this particular business. | en_US |
