Abstract:
The report entitled an Analysis of the Human Resource Management Practices of RS Plastic Limited. The report was completed using both primary and secondary data sources. To gather enough information for my report, information has been taken from RS Plastic website and Human Resource department. The opportunity to intern at RS Plastic Limited provided the foundation for this internship report, which is based on practical work experience gained during the placement. This report covers the overall Human Resource Management Practices of RS Plastic Limited. Some information included like about company, their mission, product and more. From the Human Resource Management Practices, the report includes the recruitment process, selection process, training and development procedures, and performance appraisal methods of RS Plastic Limited. At the time of analyze the report, some problems have been found like some problem in internal recruitment, lack of connection in training season, lack of IT knowledge among most of company’s employee, zero educational background of worker level employee and more. To overcome these problems some recommendation has been suggested like to solve recruitment problem based on company needed, by hire some training specialist and they have to ensure well decorated training room as well as good facility, in every program they should add some IT based training and HR must consider a minimum educational level to recruit and select for the worker post.
