Abstract

This formal report highlights the professional experience that has been accumulated. from November 12, 2023 to 11 February, 2024 as a Full-time employee in Kazi Farm Group’s Human Resource Management Department. I performed research on the " An analysis of Recruitment and Selection Process of Kazi Farms Group." The basic main objective of this work is to outline Recruitment and Selection Process. This report now presents the details of the recruitment and selection process of Kazi Farms Limited, along with my personal internship experience. This report is organized into five chapters. An internship is an important requirement for the BBA course of study. Upon completion of the academic coursework of the BBA program, students are bound to take an internship that provides practical exposures to the professional world. The internship period is generally three months.
