This report titled "Credit Management of City Bank PLC" is a comprehensive analysis of the credit risk management practices of City Bank PLC, prepared as a partial requirement for the completion of the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program. The study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the bank's credit management system, focusing on its ability to mitigate risks while maintaining profitability. The report is based on both theoretical knowledge and practical insights gained during a three- month internship at the Dhanmondi branch of City Bank. The key areas of focus include an overview of the bank's credit policies, risk assessment procedures, and the tools used to manage non-performing loans.
