Abstract:
This internship report’s title is Customer Relationship & Retention in Washing & Dyeing industries based in Dhaka Washing & Dyeing. This internship report helped me to study the real scenario of how washing companies develop CRM processes for their business. Dhaka Washing & Dyeing is the leading company in the washing industry. The Industrial Attachment is the most effective way for students to achieve knowledge about the practical field. It brings an opportunity for me to enrich my academic knowledge by practicing with the experts of the practical field of the washing industry. Customer relationship management (CRM) is a business strategy to select and manage the most valuable customer relationships. CRM is a system that includes strategies, software, and web- based capabilities that help an organization maximize profit and manage customer relationships and retention.
