This internship report helped me to study the real scenario of how washing companies develop CRM processes for their business. Dhaka Washing & Dyeing is the leading company in the washing industry. The Industrial Attachment is the most effective way for students to achieve knowledge about the practical field. It brings an opportunity for me to enrich my academic knowledge by practicing with the experts of the practical field of the washing industry.
