dc.description.abstract In my report, I try to provide my in-depth analysis of the training and development process of Sunflower Life Insurance Company Limited, and my primary objective of my report was to prove the information of their training initiatives and how this training enhances their employee’s performance and organizational growth. My internship report I divided into five chapters, and the first chapter is the introduction chapter, in which chapter I provide the overview of the study, background, scope, methodology, and limitations of my research. This chapter provides for understanding the importance of effective training and development processes in today’s corporate world. The second chapter of my report is a company overview. In this chapter, I provide the company overview, mission, vision, objectives, and the company management structure, which plays an important role in the training and development strategies. en_US
