dc.description.abstract This paper was produced as a requirement of the BBA curriculum within our department at Daffodil International University. This study is predominantly founded on extensive experience within the HR departments of NCC Bank PLC to evaluate the Recruitment and Selection Process at the Dhanmondi Branch of NCC Bank PLC. I acquired valuable practical banking experience during my internship at NCC Bank PLC (DhanmondiBranch), as detailed in my report. This study illustrates the recruiting and selection process employed by NCC Bank PLC to acquire, select, and cultivate a robust workforce within the firm. Through a good recruitment and selection procedure enabled by its human resource department, NCC Bank PLC allocates adequately qualified personnel to suitable employment. Effective organizational performance is ensured by NCC Bank PLC's best distribution of human resources throughout several banking operations. en_US
