Abstract:
This report focuses on the recruitment and selection practice within bKash, one of the leading mobile financial service provider companies in Bangladesh. So, the purposes of the research are to know how bKash hires employees and how the aspect of HRM can be enhanced in other similar companies. The data from academic publications, company reports, government records and interviews with bKash HR experts have been used in this study. These include the employee selection and recruitment aspect in bKash with emphasis on the technology, culture and strategy used in the organization
