The study is distinctive as it derives insights from a three-month internship experience at Summit Towers Limited, offering a realistic view on the recruitment and selection process. The report will provide clear insights into the company's recruitment and selection practices. There are five chapters in this report. The first chapter details the objectives and methodologies of the study. The second chapter describes the company profile. The third chapter explains the theoretical aspects and the recruitment and selection process of the organization. The fourth chapter details the analysis and findings of the recruitment and selection process. Finally, the fifth chapter explains possible recommendations to improve the process. Overall, this report explains the recruitment and selection process activities based on data analysis, learning from internship experience, and theoretical insights. en_US
