The extension of operational hours from 8 am to 12 am has remarkably amplified the center's accessibility, resulting in a noteworthy surge in daily patient visits. The report delves into the intricacies of the center's recruitment and selection strategy, revealing a meticulous and transparent approach. By aligning with Daffodil Family service rules and incorporating a multifaceted selection process, DIU Medical Center ensures the composition of a skilled, competent, and diverse workforce.
