This internship report titled “Marketing of Bank Products of NCC Bank” will help to provide an extensive insight about the NCC Banks marketing activities. The purpose of the report is to figure out the current marketing strategies, assess their effectiveness, identify major challenges, and suggest recommendations for betterment. The report offers an explanation of the marketing strategies employed by NCC Bank PLC, focusing on its efforts to enhance brand visibility, attract customers, and strengthen market position. There the reports methodology involved a qualitative research method where the qualitative data was collected by talking with the employees and officers of the bank, from brochures, circular papers and the official websites. This report examines crucial elements such as market segmentation, target audience engagement, competitive positioning strategies and promotional activities etc. To address the identified challenges, the report provides practical suggestions. These include improving transparency through consistent communication, increasing investment in digital marketing to strengthen online visibility, and establishing a strong feedback mechanism to collect customer insights. In conclusion, this report will describe valuable findings about the marketing strategies and provide recommendations for the betterment and hope that by implementing these recommendations NCC bank can improve their marketing effectiveness. |
