Financial and Regulatory Compliance of Ispahani Agro Limited

Abstract

Ispahani Agro Limited, a prominent player in Bangladesh's agriculture sector, is part of the well-known Ispahani Group. It has four wings: Ispahani Seeds, Ispahani Biotech, Ispahani Crop Health, and Ispahani Agro Processing, all of which are focused on productivity and sustainability. This research investigates Ispahani Agro Limited's history, departmental duties, and their implications for product development and financial transactions. The primary goal of this report is to provide an in-depth examination of the company's operations using my professional knowledge and insights gained from past annual reports. During my internship, I obtained substantial knowledge of financial and regulatory compliance, which helped me meet my superiors' expectations and grasp the complicated workings of Ispahani Agro Limited. This report, based on my three-month internship, offers excellent insights into the real-world corporate climate of the agricultural industry. It addresses critical components of financial performance, supplier compliance, Ta/Da compliance, document management, and ratio analysis. Through this comprehensive study, I hope to highlight Ispahani Agro Limited's strengths and growth potential while also providing a detailed perspective on its contributions to Bangladesh's agricultural industry.
