dc.description.abstract This report is titled "Recruitment and Selection Process Analysis." It was done to examine National Credit and Commerce Bank Limited's recruiting and selectionprocedures at its Mothijheel branch. Data from primary and secondary sources were combined in this study. Secondary sources of data were based on the NCCBL 2023 annual report. The HR executive officer of the aforementioned bank provided the data for the primary source. The study's conclusions showed that, in terms of highly recognized methods for requirements and selection, the most commonly used media for hiring employees are newspaper ads, job vacancies posted, internal requirements conducted in-house, labor offices, employee recommendations, and online recruitment. The study suggested that in order to attract more potential candidates, NCCBL should consider developing its salary and benefit plans. They should also make decisions about hiring new employees based on an impartial, influence-free process before attempting more internal hiring. The study came to the conclusion that in order to guarantee their quality and service, the company needed to be more aware of this issue. en_US
