dc.description.abstract This internship report title is Customers Relationship & Retention of Thinkoogram Consultancy Limited. This internship report helped me to study the real scenario of how Student consultancy firms develop CRM processes for their business. Thinkoogram Consultancy sets itself apart with a feature-rich Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution developed to serve the needs of students efficiently. The company's customer relationship management (CRM) approach includes careful client segmentation according to their credentials, needs, and preferences about the countries in which they wish to continue their education. enabling specialized channels of communication and services. Thinkoogram gains important insights into customer behavior and feedback while optimizing client management procedures by utilizing modern technical support, such as CRM software and data analytics. I have done my internship report as a Marketing intern. The report will deal with the Customer relationships and retention process of Thinkoogram Consultancy Limited. Lastly, I have discussed some problems of Thinkoogram Consultancy Limited and tried to give Recommendations, I can say that Thinkoogram Consultancy Limited, has some limitations.
