Abstract:
To improve the controllability and skills of robot arms, flex sensors are used as popular methods. Robots can accurately mimic human hand movements when they are in good use by identifying how much fingers bend. By incorporating flex sensors into robotics hands, this will enable robots to do task more effectively and have better relationship with their environment. In order to imitate a normal hand with various objects manipulation abilities, in depth understanding of finger movements is very crucial. Practically, it is proved that such a novel approach works superbly when tested through experiments.
