dc.description.abstract This paper provides a succinct analysis of the flaws that were found throughout the yarn dyeing process during a one-year period, along with the identification of related fixes that are shown in comprehensive flowcharts. Key faults like uneven dyeing, colorinconsistency, and dye fastness difficulties were shown to be common problems affecting product quality via careful observation and study. The study carefully uses flowcharts to outline the dying process, identifying key phases where flaws are most likely to arise and offering precise, doable solutions to address these problems. en_US
