Abstract:
Our thesis topic is “Sample development procedure of woven items”. A sample development process begins with the buyer's order confirmation. It is difficult for the manufacturer to make ideal sample garments. A sample order serves as the buyer's means of identifying and evaluating the manufacturer's capabilities. After receiving the garment sample, they will decide whether to place the order with the manufacturer. The apparel industry works only when orders are received. Merchandisers help with orders. They contact the customer and get an order from them. However, after the sample arrives, the customer verifies the order. After making sure everything is in order, they check everything they need for the clothes before placing the order. Because of this, both manufacturers and consumers place the biggest value on sample clothing. By the completion of this thesis, we hope to have an understanding of the sample development process from start to finish. What kind of documents need to be approved for the buyer and what are the necessary things to be taken into consideration are discussed here. While working on this thesis, we have had direct or indirect contact with every industry, and we have been able to gain amazing knowledge about the complete sample development. After completing it, we got the final sample. We learned how to develop a product step by step.
