This research paper illustrates the entire process of merchandising woven clothing. The process of clothing merchandising involves numerous formal stages, which commence with the buyer's confirmation of the order and conclude with the shipment of the goods. In this paper, we have endeavored to review these procedures. This investigation's primary objective is to establish a concise fundamental understanding of apparel merchandising, thereby facilitating the comprehension of merchandising-related tasks by all individuals. In order to complete this endeavor, we obtained a wealth of private and significant papers, information, and tips from the woven garment industry. This paper was composed using genuine order papers, which are also included. During the composition of the paper, we encountered numerous challenges that are common in the field of merchandising. These encompass the following: the creation of samples and the obtaining of approval, the maintenance of the Time and Action Plan (TNA), the storage of fabrics and accessories for an extended period, the booking, the costing, the creation of a packaging list, an order sheet, sample comments, a tech pack, a test, and the failure to correctly follow up on production.
