Study on Industrial Engineering in Lingerie garments Production

Abstract

Bangladesh's ready-made garments (RMG) sector has the highest share of growth foreign exchange profits of any industry. The subject of this project is "Study on Industrial Engineering in Lingerie Garment Production". It is feasible to increase productivity while decreasing waste by utilizing the techniques, time, limit, and production study—all of which are covered in this paper. Work research documented the true individual capacity of every worker. I have entered the current cycle time for each worker and helper in order to determine the proper worker minute count, machine type, and particular capacity. I have also counted the target, which is953 pieces; pitch time, which is 0.44; efficiency, which is 70%; manpower, which is 28; capacity, which is 80 pieces per hour; and labor productivity in order to calculate the standard minute value (SMV) for style no. 1. This page provided men's pants dimension sheets, schedules for structural and process defects, and SMV estimates for each operation. Among other study information strategies and tools, these include calculating the desired timeframe, maximizing commands, decreasing efficiency, and assessing system capabilities.
