Working at EXIM Bank PLC, a reputable Bangladeshi bank that adheres to Islamic Shariah, gave me an invaluable opportunity. The general banking operations at the Export-Import Bank of Bangladesh PLC (Exim Bank) Garib-E-Newaj Branch are thoroughly examined in this internship report. Over the course of the three-month internship, I gained useful knowledge that influenced my understanding of the bank's primary banking operations. My appraisal of these operations and my practical experiences are reflected in this report. I outline the goals and importance of the internship in the first chapter, emphasizing the vital role general banking plays in the efficient running of financial institutions. The background and importance of the internship are given in the second chapter. After that, I discuss the methodology of this paper. I examined internal papers, had conversations with bank staff, and made direct observations in order to compile the information for this report. I then discuss my experience and the difficulties I faced along the way. Finally, I present the findings, recommendations, and conclusions from my internship experience, and I have attached the certificate I received from the organization as proof of my successful completion of the program. |
