Abstract:
This report is about “ the impact of enhancing student engagement and communication for effective learning at Ideal International School & College. This report investigate at how teaching experience at IISC affects students' effective learning results, the growth of student - teacher communication and general quality of education . It employs a methodical literature review , empirical research and qualitative analytical techniques to investigate the diverse aspects that impact teaching . It also looks at how teaching experience affects classroom management , instructional quality, teacher efficacy, and student learning . It investigates effective tools we use in the classroom for example : display multimedia content, online collaboration tools ( Google workspace , discussion and document sharing among students), Digital assessment tools and many more . These technologies provide immersive experiences that can bring abstract concepts to life , making learning more engaging and memorable . The paper also addresses the difficulties and constraints involved in gauging the efficacy of pedagogical experiences and suggests possible directions for further investigation. This project paper attempts to identify successful strategies that encourage deeper learning and student achievement by looking at different instructional approaches , evaluation instruments, and feedback mechanisms . Overall this paper provides insightful viewpoints on enhancing the efficacy of instruction in academic contexts by combining theoretical frameworks with real - world insights from teaching experience.
