The main goal of this report is to document the practical knowledge, professional exposure, and skills I gained during the internship and to reflect on how these experiences complemented my academic studies. During the internship, I participated in various creative and production activities. My tasks included working as an Assistant Director, developing stories and moodboards, co-writing a feature film, writing subtitles for interview projects, organizing creative sessions, and assistinwith content coordination. I worked on television commercials, short films, and a government-funded feature film project. This experience allowed me to observe and be involved in different stages of filmmaking, from idea development and pre-production to shooting and post-production. Additionally, organizing the weekly Eqanimity Sessions enabled me to closely interact with industry leaders, artists, and professionals from various creative fields. This became one of the most meaningful aspects of my internship experience. Finally, the report includes an evaluation of my overall experience, a SWOT analysis of the organization, and reflections on how this internship has contributed to my personal and professional growth.
