Internship in HR ( Training and development) sector at snowtex Group

Abstract

I have completed a 10-week internship at Snowtex Group, a well-known garment company in Bangladesh. I, Yashfee Khan Jahra, began my internship in the training and development area of the human resources department. I also participated in their training sessions and development meetings. As part of their team, I actively contributed to training activities such as skill development, community development, designing training materials, managing training operations, overseeing tests, and organizing practical exposure. This report will provide an overview of my entire internship experience, including my efforts and what I learned. My internship at Snowtex Group improved my professional experience and contributed to my career growth and understanding of workplace dynamics. The training and development efforts in the HR sector enhance employee performance and boost productivity while improving workers' capabilities. This sector plays an important role in developing workers' skills and productivity, along with improving performance in the workplace. The human resources department allowed me to connect with every sector and every aspect of the company.
