Abstract:
This report summarizes my three-month internship experience at Ladiesbucket.com, where I worked remotely as a Customer Relations Executive. The project focuses on understanding customer service operations in an online retail environment, including managing customer inquiries, confirming orders, updating records, coordinating deliveries through the Pathao Merchant Panel, and resolving service-related issues. The report outlines the objectives, methodology, organizational overview, daily tasks, and key findings learned during the internship.
