This paper illustrates an overview of my internship experience as an English teacher at Dhakuria Protapkati Secondary school, a Bangla Medium School, under the guidance of Rubaiaat-E-Tark Prithwee, lecturer, Department of English, Daffodil International Unversity. During my internship, I gained insights into teaching strategies, observed student-teacher interactions, and learned how to manage different kinds of classroom challenges, as it was my first experience of teaching in a classroom setting. This report discusses these observations, experiences and highlights key learning outcomes, and offers recommendations to enhance the teaching experience and improve student engagement. |
