Practical Exposure to Banking Industry: An Internship Report on NRBC Bank PLC

Abstract

This report explains my experience during my internship at NRBC bank . The purpose of the internship was to assimilate how banks work and to acquire practical knowledge about banking activities. During the internship, I worked in different sections like customer service, account opening, deposit and withdrawal processes, and loan services. This helped me acknowledge the real work of a bank, which is different from what I learned in books. I also faced some difficulties but learned to grasp them with the help of my supervisors and bank staff. The report shows how this internship upgrade my skills and knowledge in banking. It also explains how banking assists people and businesses in daily life. Overall, this internship was a valuable experience for me and will help me in my future career.
