This is an internship report that explores the nature of student teacher relationship in high school education and the headline of the report is Fostering academic growth through active engagement and collaborative bonds in Monihar High School, Natore. It starts with the description of different forms, which students and teachers cooperate with each other such as mentoring, learning together, and traditional classroom instruction and how the relations will be manifested in the real classroom environment. Also, the report focuses on how strong student-teacher relationships have the potential to enhance learning outcomes, increase student engagement, and elicit positive emotions. It determines the main features of characteristics of a proper relationship to establish and sustain a successful one including empathy, respect, and positive communication in the classroom context. The report also covers the prevalent issues that may impede the establishment of such relationships. Finally, it offers useful and directives to reinforce student teacher associations on the way to designing a more productive, supportive and nurturing learning environment to all members in a high school. |
