This report titled “HR & General Administration Experience at Skill Jobs” is on my three- month internship with one of emerging online job portal platforms in Bangladesh. The internship provided comprehensive exposure to human resource management practices, recruitment processes, employee engagement activities, and general administrative functions in a technology-driven organization. As an intern with HR & General Administration department, the responsibilities included assisting in recruitment processes, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding activities, managing administrative documentation, and contributing to various HR initiatives. This experience helped me bridge theoretical knowledge with practical application, understand professional workplace dynamics, and develop essential skills for future career success. |
