My Experience as an English Teacher at Dishary Cadet School and Madrasha ,Kachua,Chandpur

Abstract

The internship report presents the summary of the experiences during the internship as an English teaching intern at the Dishary Cadet School and Madrasha. During the internship period, I was involved in several classroom activities, which allowed me to comprehend my professional development as well as that of my students in the classroom. My observations in this report are based on the practical experiences of teaching, interactive experiences, and management in the classroom setting. These observations capture a number of notable issues in my experience, such as how my teaching skills varied over time, my teaching experiences, teaching methods I used, and the learning behaviours I observed among students. During my internship, I would closely observe the techniques the teachers would use in real classroom settings. This enabled me to understand the pros and cons of different teaching strategies. To learn more about the reaction of the students to tests and to improve my work with them, I also focused on the assessment methods and feedback systems.One of the primary goals of the study is highlighting the instructional methodologies that have an impact on the academic experiences of the students. The report is a set of recommendations that are supported by my research and will enable the organization to find out its core strengths and gaps which require improvement. In addition to the instructional practices, I also considered the academic materials that learners were working with, the opportunities that they had and overall teaching and learning performance of teachers and learners. Altogether, the internship has proven to be a great experience that has made me grow as a prospective English teacher and taught me valuable information about the dynamics in a classroom
