Abstract:
This report presents a full account of my three-month internship experience in the Human Resource department under the Skill Jobs Internship Program. The main purpose of this internship was to bridge the theoretical knowledge with practical work and increase professional experience and personal skills. The internship is divided in two part. In the first part, I got the opportunity to gain basic understanding of human resource management, employee recruitment, professional behaviour, communication strategies, and administrative processes through a month-long training. In the second part, I got the opportunity to work with Skill Jobs directly during a three-month practical internship. There, I was directly involved in various activities including CV screening, assist in onboarding, interview scheduling and office management Finally, I would like to say that this internship program provided me a practical experience on human resource management and inspired me to build a long-term career in this field.
