dc.description.abstract	On my three month internship at IFIC Bank PLC,I explored their standard banking operation. I've broken the report up into four sections for easier reading step by step. The report is introduced in the first part, and the history, vision, and mission of IFIC Bank are briefly explained in the second part, which also includes a description of the bank's departments and their functions. I explore my responsibilities and contributions to the bank in the third part. This section describes my typical duties in each department and discusses the ways in which my work helped the company. Overall,this paper offers a comprehensive analysis of the operations of IFIC Bank PLC as well my experiences during the internship.	en_US
