dc.description.abstract In this internship report, I will provide a summary of my internship experience as an HR and General Administration intern at Skill.jobs. I was able to acquire practical experience on HR operations through the internship, where I was exposed to recruitment, employee onboarding, communication, as well as seminar coordination. In addition to practical learning, I attended web-based training on soft skills and fundamental HR concepts, and it served to improve the knowledge gap between theory and practice. During the internship, I was able to see how people behave in the workplace, HR strategies, and teamwork. I used the theoretical concepts in real life, acquired skills to create job descriptions, organize events, and communicate successfully with the applicants and the stakeholders. The experiences assisted me in enhancing my professional abilities, particularly problem-solving, leadership abilities and collaboration skills. en_US
