Abstract:
This internship report is an elaborate report on my professional experience as an HR Administration intern in Skill.jobs. The internship period gave me a chance to work online and act within field-based sessions which helped me to comprehend both real-world HR practice and theoretical knowledge that I obtained during the academic courses. The internship was intended to enhance my practical knowledge, create competencies in the field of work, and provide practical experience in the work of an HR organization.
