dc.description Internship Report en_US
dc.description.abstract It is often said that the future of the country is built inside its classroom, and our teachers are the ones who shape that future and they pass their knowledge, guidance and their values from one generation to another. Our teachers are the pillars of our growing and strong society and they play an important role in shaping the life of the students. They help us build our features. Since my childhood, I always demand of becoming a teacher but my understanding of this profession at that time was different. Everything changed when I work in this school as an intern. In the beginning, I wanted to stay in this job temporarily. My aim was to teach the students for two or three months get some experience and move forward. But after the internship now I want to build myself as a full time teacher. My main aim during my internship was to improve their learning, and mostly I focused on making the lessons simple and meaningful, so that it gets easier for the students and they can engage properly. I work hard to understand them, their learning styles and what they found interesting and where they struggle while learning. I used many teaching methods I learned under the guidance of my university teachers. While I notice some areas in the school system that should be improved, I also tried to support the school whenever it was possible for me in order to help make positive changes. Through my internship journey I have learned that teaching is not just a job, It is more than that. Teachers are backbone of every nation and they serve as role models for both the students and our society. That’s why I think that choosing to become a teacher is a meaningful and serious decision. en_US
