Abstract:
This report gives a complete view of Human Resource (HR) and general administration from Institution- to-Industry (I2I) Program at Skill Jobs, one of the renowned career development and HR service company in Bangladesh. The aim of the internship was to ensure there was a transition from theoretical learning to actualisation exposing them to the practical experiences relating to typical organizational work as well developing professional know how. Throughout my internship, I was responsible for HR and administrative duties, such as screening CVs, managing candidate relationships, attendance tracking inputting data into the system, planning events and assisting with training. It was in this "real" setting that I saw workplace culture, HR processes and could involve myself in administration to learn about OB and CG.
