The report on the internship gives an extensive description of my teaching experience at National Bank Public School and College, covering all classes from Nursery to Class 9. It was during the internship that I saw and took part in many classes of various age groups. One of the goals of my assignment was to have a wider understanding of the teaching-learning process, not only from the students’ perspective but also through self-reflection. I took great care in watching the classroom atmosphere, the behavior of the students, and the replies of the students to the different methods of teaching. Skill improvement in teaching, overcoming challenges, and putting into practice my theoretical knowledge were the main focuses of my internship. My exploration included various teaching methods for effective classroom management and diverse communication styles. In addition, I monitored the students' participation, engagement, and the influence of the interactive activities on the learning process. This report represents my teaching abilities and shortcomings. I shared my experiences and the adjustments that came with them to make the teaching more effective and welcoming to the students. I made an effort to establish a connection with the students, discern their needs, and prompt them to be lively participants in class. |
