This internship report presents an analytical overview of my teaching and institutional experience at Akanagar SESDP Model High School where I engaged in classroom observation, taking classes, administrative and academic activities across classes 6 to 10. The aim of the internship was to realize real-world teaching experience, student learning patterns and the operational structure of a secondary school. I observed a variety of educational strategies during the internship. My responsibilities involved assisting with managing the classroom, keeping an eye on student work, aiding teachers with classes, and observing rules and regulations associated with co-curricular activities, attendance and assessment. In order to show how these components support the growth of discipline, academic progress and overall development, this work reviews instructional strategies, student participation, the school atmosphere and institutional behaviors. Insights from the internship and useful suggestions for enhancing learning outcomes, classroom engagement and academic quality are included in the report's conclusion. |
