Abstract:
The internship program is a part of the academic requirements of the Department ofEnglish, Daffodil International University. I have successfully completed three months internship at a very reputed bank - Janata Bank PLC, Melandah Branch, Jamalpur. Instead of my academic field I chose a different sector like bank which is a great challenge for me to explore a new professional environment. Janata Bank is one of the leading commercial state-owned banks of Bangladesh. Janata Bank began its journey as a state-owned bank on 26 March, 1972. Since 1972 this bank has earned a huge reputation and contributed to our economy. The bank's main objective is to provide reliable customer services and to contribute to the economy with a stable economic growth.
