Abstract:
This report is the summary of the overall banking operations of the First Security Islami Bank PLC, Savar Branch, with a good reputation of customer friendly services and dependableoperations. It will highlight the history, vision, mission, and branch network of the bank and proceed to highlight the major tasks that were witnessed during the internship such as opening accounts, transacting cash, clearing cheques and providing support to clients. The report also mentions the issue of sustainable banking practices and sums up on the experience, challenges, and acquisition of skills as an intern. The strengths and weaknesses of the branch are key findings that are discussed and recommendations made on how to enhance the infrastructure, facilities and human resource management. In general, the report highlights why FSIBL needs to further improve its services to ensure that it stays in the top tier of the banking industry.
