Internship Report On The Role of The Department of Youth Development In Empowering Youth

Abstract

This internship paper is of the requirements of Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English. The Role of Department of Youth Development in Empowering the Youths: A Study on Naogaon Sadar, Naogaon. “When serving as an intern in the Department of Youth Development (DYD), I discovered a wealth of information regarding empowering youth and strengthening the economy through the use of language, conversation, and involvement with community. Mostly the report is about how the Department of Youth Development teaches young people to be independent and useful members of society. It discusses various programs that will, theoretically, provide jobs training, promote business growth and raise awareness — all in the hope of giving young people in Naogaon Sadar more skills and confidence. The research also examines how vital good communication, education and motivation are in the upbringing of young people. This account was compiled from first-hand and second-hand information such as interviews, references and official DYD papers. The findings are that DYD has made a significant contribution to empowering rural children by providing opportunities for them to work for themselves and learn how to be leaders.
