‘The Internship Journey as an English Teacher at Satbaria High School’

Abstract

The report describes my internship in Satbaria High School in Puthia, Rajshahi which was required to get Bechelor’s degree in English. The goal of this internship was to use university based ideas in real classroom and get experience in secondary English teaching. This internship was held for three months from September to November, 2025. This report begins by discussing the internship, its goals and why I choose to become a teacher. It also describes what I did during the internship such as observing senior teachers, planning lessons, teaching classes, reviewing student work and participating in various school events. By observing senior teachers and teaching myself, I got idea how to conduct classes, teach better and deal with classroom problems. In conclusion, this internship was useful for me. I got real teaching skills which increased my confidence as a future teacher.
