Abstract:
This internship report represents my four-month professional experience at Orion Security Services Ltd.’s Human Resources department. This is the review of my four-month-long work focusing on the documentation process and digital transformation of a paper-based human resource administration into a real-time HRIS (human resource information system) software. This study highlights how traditional paper-based documentation is gradually being replaced by digital software while ensuring easy access to the key stakeholders. Further, this software ensures data accuracy and security while operating major tasks such as payroll management and employee benefits. This report reflects on how HRIS software reshaped administrative workload and enhanced organizational performance. It further includes personal observations, key learning outcomes, and recommendations for future initiatives in digital HR management.
